Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 25% of the scheduled service value, including partial service cancellations (e.g., cancelling your color portion of a color/ cut appointment). Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. All fees will be charged to the card on file, and must be paid before booking any future appointments. Clients who no-show will not be eligible to rebook.
